Ailsa Craig

↑ 0000-0250m

Ailsa Craig is a big lump of rock in the Firth of Clyde off the Ayrshire on the west coast of Soctland. This 3.8 mile circuit features no fewer than 28 underpasses and overpasses in a looping, undulating course. It makes for a testing crit race, not least because the start/finish line is on one of the toughest wee bits of the course. If you just want to take it steady, don’t forget your I-Spy book, because you can score 50 points for a flying avatar! Enjoy…
